Helmerich Women’s Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.</li></ul> Responsibilities <ul> <li> Individuals within this job classification are accountable for greeting and directing patients, visitors and physicians upon their arrival to the department. </li> <li> The unit secretary must be able to demonstrate good telephone skills and able to assist others in a courteous manner, following up on the caller's needs. </li> <li> This individual must demonstrate the ability to process proper forms, schedule procedures, input and work on the CRT, and coordinate the desk area of the patient care unit. </li> <li> This position performs various off unit activities, attends staff meetings, checks routine supplies and equipment and coordinates the repair and maintenance of equipment. </li> <li> The unit secretary will be responsible for: order entry via the CRT for all physician's orders on patients, general office duties for the unit, phone coordination and conveying overall outstanding customer service. </li> </ul> Qualifications Job Requirements: <ul><li>High School diploma or GED</li></ul>
