Full-Spectrum Cardiac Imaging with a current focus on structural heart TEE imaging, including intra-procedural TEE imaging as well as pre-procedure TEE evaluation for structural heart patients. OHI offers all commercially available transcatheter therapies for aortic, mitral, and tricuspid disease (TAVR, M-TEER, TTVR, T-TEER) and is also a leading enroller in multiple structural heart clinical trials evaluating transcatheter therapies for valve disease and heart failure. Therefore, the structural heart imager can expect to be busy in their role and have the opportunity to refine and grow their skillset through interactions with expert imagers and echocardiography core laboratories from major clinical trials. There is also the potential for future leadership roles in structural heart clinical trials that OHI partipates in. Additional roles/functions for this position include participation in the multidisciplinary Valve Clinic and Valve Conference. If the imager has expertise in structural heart CT interpretation, there is an opportunity to read this modality as well. Responsibilities In this role, you’ll: <ul> <li>Lead key parts of the annual GTM planning process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align priorities and goals </li> <li>Lead the definition and optimization of our GTM segmentation, sales coverage models, and role design to maximize efficiency and market opportunity</li> <li>Be responsible for territory-level quota setting process by thinking logically and creatively to increase automation, resolve issues and develop proactive processes to deliver quotas to the field in a timely manner </li> <li>Orchestrate the timeline for quota delivery and lead the end-to-end execution to achieve desired outcomes</li> <li>Design and implement GTM processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness during the planning cycles (annual and mid-year)</li> <li>Maintain the sales capacity model in partnership with sales, HR, and Finance to synchronize hiring plans across the global organization</li> <li>Utilize data to support decision-making, analyzing existing operations processes and prioritizing areas for improvement </li> <li>Build strong relationships and become a trusted advisor for sales leadership</li> </ul> Qualifications Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply.
