We are seeking an experienced litigation paralegal who can support our growing third party civil requests team, as well as our other litigation teams as needed. This position will report to our Director, Associate General Counsel, Litigation, who leads the Consumer, Commercial, and International Litigation Teams and who is based in the US. The Director, HCM Operations provides overall business leadership and strategic vision for MetLife’s HCM operating model to support client integrations and plan configuration for leading HCM platforms. This is a new role focused on expanding on our strong foundation of connectivity with leading HCM platforms to create differentiated experiences for our mutual customers.
