Intro: Expert TA is an Educational Technology company based in downtown Tulsa, Ok. Our clients are major colleges, universities, and high schools. Engaging exercises can be coded into our system, and as students attempt these exercises, we can provide immediate feedback, hints and other forms of quidance. This individual will then work with subject-matter experts for the given topic, as well as our graphic design team in order to code in questions for a range of different books and topics. The person in this role will learn how to create these kind of activities in our system. Essential Job Functions: <ul> <li>Collaborate with the Chief Administrative Officer to ensure training initiatives are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives and consistently applied across all teams.</li> <li>Design and lead the delivery of comprehensive training solutions using a blended learning approach, including classroom sessions, e-learning modules, coaching, and experiential learning.</li> <li>Regularly research emerging industry trends, new technologies, and innovative training techniques to continuously update the training curriculum.</li> <li>Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, tracking costs, and analyzing outcomes, adjusting efforts for greater impact.</li> <li>Lead the instruction of functional, tactical, and leadership development programs, maximizing employee performance, retention, and overall growth.</li> <li>Work closely with departmental representatives to identify specific training needs, tailoring programs to support both employee development and company objectives.</li> <li>Present training using a variety of instructional materials, including handouts, audiovisual aids, and digital platforms.</li> <li>Track and report on the effectiveness, costs, and other key metrics of training programs.</li> <li>Stay informed of company changes and operational developments, updating the curriculum to reflect new processes and procedures as needed.</li> </ul> Other Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Adhere to company safety policies and maintain certifications in First Aid and CPR, administering them when necessary.</li> <li>Provide mentorship within the team, supporting others in their growth and contributing to a collaborative work environment.</li> <li>Demonstrate attention to detail and strong organizational skills, ensuring timely delivery of all training initiatives.</li> <li>Stay current on trends in learning and development, particularly in adult learning techniques and instructional design.</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in training and development, with a focus on adult learning techniques or instructional design, is highly preferred.</li> <li>Proficiency in e-learning development software, audiovisual tools, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li> <li>Must be 21 years of age, possess a valid Oklahoma Driver’s License with a good driving record, and pass the State of Oklahoma criminal background check.</li> <li>Ability to work with a diverse population and maintain compliance with Goodwill's Drug and Alcohol Abuse Policy.</li> </ul> Physical Requirements: <ul> <li>Frequent activities such as talking, hearing, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and using hand/finger dexterity.</li> <li>Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, with frequent lifting of up to 10 pounds.</li> </ul>
