Experience collaborating with public and private child welfare and/or child and youth-serving organizations.</li> <li>Knowledge regarding environmental and relational permanency.</li> <li>Data collection and management.</li> <li>Regional or national conference planning and/or workshop presentation.</li> <li>National child welfare federal legislation, practices, policies, and initiatives. </li> <li>Program assessment and evaluation.</li> </ul> <p>Department Preferred Skills and Proficiencies:</p> <ul> <li>Cultural responsiveness, including an understanding of its relevance to training.</li> <li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li> <li>Ability to provide high-quality services while managing multiple projects under strict deadlines.</li> <li>Commitment to lifelong learning and professional development (including knowledge of accessing child welfare legislation and continuing education resources).</li> <li>Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and exercise professional judgment.</li> <li>Drive innovation in project design, development, and implementation by integrating current legislative initiatives, industry trends, and best practices.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills (including delivering high-quality customer service and participating in cross-departmental work teams).</li> <li>Ability to provide constructive feedback.</li> <li>Working knowledge and skills with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li> </ul> <p>Supervision:</p> <p>Supervise a minimum of three to five staff.
