THE DETAILS Qualifications/Certifications <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree required</li> <li>State certification preferred</li> </ul> Experience <ul> <li>2 years of experience as a teacher or school leader is required </li> <li>Experience in curriculum development and implementation is required </li> <li>Proven track record of academic growth and achievement is required</li> <li>Prior experience in a school serving a similar population to THA’s is preferred </li> <li>Charter school experience is strongly preferred </li> </ul> The Role <ul> <li>Reports to and is held accountable by the school’s Principal. </li> <li>This role is year round (12 months), full-time, exempt. </li> <li>Assistant Principals of Instruction coach classroom teachers in all subject areas and grade levels served by the school.</li> </ul> Compensation and Benefits <ul><li>THA’s starting salary range for Assistant Principals is $62,000.
