As a Program Manager III on the MCF team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the mechanisms that facilitate rebates and reimbursements to merchants. Your responsibilities will include creating automation and proactive processes to streamline operations, identifying and designing self-service workflows to enhance merchant experience, and defining processes to accurately calculate reimbursement amounts. Collaborating closely with the product team, you will contribute to building the right features that enable the successful implementation and scaling of Buy with Prime. Key job responsibilities Develop and implement robust mechanisms for delivering rebates and reimbursements to merchants participating in the Buy with Prime program. Identify opportunities for automation and proactive processes to enhance operational efficiency and scalability. Design and implement self-service workflows to empower merchants with greater control and transparency over their Buy with Prime experience. Define and refine processes to accurately derive the appropriate reimbursement amounts based on various factors and criteria. Work closely with the product team to identify and prioritize features that support the successful rollout and growth of Buy with Prime.
