<h2>What's the role?</h2> <p>The role of Security Operations Center Operator is responsible for providing exemplary customer service and support to employees, vendors, and customers while monitoring and responding to all activities that impact the security and welfare of Hilti’s assets, including employees. direct emergency personnel to location of incident, as needed. </li> <li> Investigate and report irregular activity. </li> <li> Accountable for knowing, understanding, and immediately following emergency procedures. </li> <li> Perform key access control functions, to include updating employee access levels, configuring access levels, and troubleshooting and resolving access control-related issues. </li> <li> Maintain and secure perimeter by regulating and screening ingress/egress of personnel;
