Minimum Qualifications: Education: • Bachelor’s degree Experience: • Four (4) years teaching experience (highly preferred) • Two (2) years recent classroom teaching experience preferred • Proven track record of raising student achievement • Previous experience designing and facilitating professional development for teachers (highly preferred) • Experience with Teach Like a Champion techniques (preferred) • Experience with large, urban school district (preferred) • Experience and comfort providing direct feedback to teachers and colleagues, both written and verbal, that leads to immediate improvement Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, Etc.: • Possess or ability to obtain an Oklahoma teaching certificate • Knowledge of professional development and adult learning theories • Knowledge and understanding of curricular frameworks, pedagogy, and quality classroom materials • Familiarity with Oklahoma Academic Standards and curricular resources • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite • Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
