To represent the ORU Concierge office well to external and internal customers. <h2>RESPONSIBILITIES</h2> <ul> <li>Make sure the Concierge Office Desk is manned at all times.</li> <li>Greet and welcome all persons entering the Concierge office/desks. Answer phones and transfer calls appropriately.</li> <li>Offer the best customer service to students, parents, and other patrons at all times. Excellent work attitude and demeanor are required.</li> <li>Manage all aspects of front desk communications. Answer patron questions.
