Review and approve Corporate Real Estate change control process in critical environments. Develop, review and revise infrastructure design standards. Manages compliance processes for approximately 200 Tier 2 and 3 Critical Facilities worldwide. Directly responsible for ensuring 100% uptime of the Bank's most critical assets. Provides technical recovery support world wide in the event of a critical building environmental outage. Position Summary: This position manages the relationship at a Data Center critical facilities project level, with the Bank’s outsourced vendor and is the primary point of contact for their respective region (TX/PA/VA) for escalation as necessary. This role is the day to day leader overseeing all aspects of the project portfolio as well as oversight of the Bank’s outsourced vendor ensuring adherence to Bank processes and procedures, and that projects are completed on time and within budget.
