Key Responsibilities &amp; Duties: <ul> <li>Manage the company’s compensation philosophy and programs</li> <li>Lead and develop a high-performing team</li> <li>Monitor market trends for competitive opportunities</li> <li>Ensure compliance with compensation laws and regulations</li> <li>Oversee survey participation and analysis</li> <li>Develop communication for compensation plans</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes</li> </ul> Required Qualifications &amp; Experience: <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field</li> <li>5-7+ years of direct compensation experience</li> <li>Experience leading a team in HR functions</li> <li>Proficient in compensation systems and tools</li> <li>Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills</li> </ul> Nice to Have Skills &amp; Experience: <ul> <li>Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred</li> <li>Professional in Human Resources (PHR)-HRCI preferred</li> <li>Experience with relaxed leadership style</li> <li>Ability to lead through organizational change</li> </ul> Other Information: <ul> <li>Reports to the Director of Compensation</li> <li>Position includes five direct reports</li> <li>Short-term &amp; long-term incentives available</li> </ul> If you are interested in learning more about the Compensation Manager opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
