Responsibilities <ul> <li>Performs in-field orientation of business development team members, collaborating with the business development (BD) training team and leadership to deliver a seamless integration process for liaisons.</li> <li>Crafts and conducts customized field training programs, fostering best practices and continuous learning among BD liaisons.</li> <li>Generates real time coaching documentation, offering immediate guidance and actionable feedback.</li> <li>Works closely with the BD training team to synthesize field insights into innovative learning solutions.</li> <li>Provides BD leadership with coaching feedback to aid in the ongoing development of liaisons.</li> <li>Implements a dynamic learning model that emphasizes knowledge acquisition, retention and timely refreshers.</li> <li>Maintains a current knowledge of industry trends, regulatory updates and advancements in hospice care, adapting training content accordingly.</li> <li>Completes administrative tasks and expense reports in a timely manner.</li> <li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> Qualifications <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in healthcare, education, business or related field; in lieu of degree requirement, three years of relevant experience may be substituted.</li> <li>Three years of experience in hospice sales and business development.</li> <li>One year of experience in training and/or coaching.</li> </ul> Preferred <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in healthcare, education, business or related field.</li> <li>Five years' experience in hospice sales and business development.</li> <li>Experience in analyzing and reporting data.</li> </ul> Amedisys is an equal opportunity employer.
