Job Summary: The Senior HR Business Partner will represent Human Resources by supporting the Sales &amp; Marketing teams under the Chief Business Office (CBO). This role will partner with the CBO management team to increase efficiency on various HR initiatives such as Performance and Merit Review process, promotions, employee relations, human capital planning and talent acquisition processes.
