Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company. <ul><li> What you'll do <ul> <li>Process US and Canada payroll.</li> <li>Provide support for US Tax setup, reconciliation and maintenance. </li> <li>Produce reports and manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed including vendor uploads and integrations</li> <li>Reconcile payroll before transmission, validate final payroll reports and research any discrepancies</li> <li>Help process accurate year-end reporting</li> <li>Partner with our HR team to respond to employee inquiries</li> <li>Assist payroll team and our internal partners with special projects</li> <li>Support payroll deployment of new locations related to M&amp;A Documents and maintain payroll procedures and SOX controls</li> </ul> </li></ul> <ul><li> Your background <ul> <li>Graduate or related years of experience</li> <li>At least 5+ years of related experience </li> <li>Background in Multi US State Payroll</li> <li>Multi US State and Local Tax setup experience</li> <li>Success with embracing and driving change</li> <li>Excel experience</li> <li>Good customer service, organizational, and prioritization abilities</li> <li>Feel comfortable working with a remote manager</li> </ul> </li></ul> Compensation At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are: Zone A: $129,600 - $172,800 Zone B: $116,600- $155,500 Zone C: $107,600 - $143,400 This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
