Work you’ll do: As a UKG Pro HCM Suite Implementation Solution Architect, you should expect to be involved in the following: <ul> <li>Implement UKG HCM Pro modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Onboarding, Recruiting, Learning Management Systems, HR Service Delivery, Compensation and Performance with a lens toward architecting a solution for the client, considering the technology stack of the platform(s) and up and downstream systems.</li> <li>Work with top brands for healthcare, consumer, and manufacturing industries.</li> <li>Working in the full lifecycle of a UKG HCM Pro project or workstream including, Business Analysis, Technical Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing, Cutover and Hypercare</li> <li>Be able to carry on a mature dialogue with key client leaders to explain the complexities of the architecture of the UKG solution and the necessary parts that should be integrated with up and downstream systems.</li> <li>Working with the team in requirements gathering, workshops or facilitating client meetings on integrations, development, customizations and conversion.</li> <li>Take responsibility for delivering work and designing the work effort.</li> <li>Proactively identify project issues and recommend viable solutions. </li> </ul> Qualifications Required: <ul> <li>5-7 years of related experience</li> <li>Superior knowledge of HR, Payroll, Talent, and other related function, technical &amp; processes that support the architecture.</li> <li>Technical experience (integrations, conversion, development (including customizations and other technical needs) with some or all the UKG Pro modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Onboarding, Recruiting, Learning Management Systems, HR Service Delivery, Compensation and Performance and the underlying technology stack.</li> <li>Experience working in the full lifecycle of a HCM project or workstream including, Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing</li> <li>Experience in technical requirements gathering workshops or facilitating meetings.</li> <li>Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization.</li> <li>Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.</li> <li>Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.</li> <li>Bachelor’s Degree</li> <li>Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.</li> </ul> Preferred: <ul> <li>External Consulting Experience</li> <li>Experience in other HRIS Implementations</li> <li>Experience with UKG technology stack</li> </ul> The HRT Team At Deloitte Consulting LLP, helping our clients exploit new technologies like employee engagement tools, advanced workforce planning and analytics we empower HR to better support the business and create value.
