The Product Owner (PO) for the Disability Digital Team will be responsible for both enhancements as well as production support across MyBenefits and MetLink platforms for customers across both Disability Claims ecosystem. As Product Owner, you will have or will be expected to develop a deep knowledge of how disability and absence claims are processed, how we share that information with both employers and claimants via our external GSSP portals, and strive to deliver a world-class user experience.
