How you’ll make an impact A client operating on a global scale with subsidiaries around the world needs a banking partner who can provide local market expertise and understands the concerns and opportunities that each jurisdiction brings. As a subsidiary relationship manager, you’ll deliver this expertise and serve as a client’s local bank advocate and a key financial advisor to deliver solutions from across the whole bank and lead them to success. As a client’s international specialist, you’ll work closely with company decision-makers, discussing alternative capital structures according to their industry and footprint, assessing risks and impacts from both the client’s and the bank’s perspective, and help develop and implement an overall financial strategy. Your day-to-day will also include: <ul> <li> Responsibility to drive business development of GCB clients in Japan and undertaking ad hoc projects and initiatives for GCB Japan team as and when required.
