This position develops and supports facility level risk management activities and programs. This position will be responsible to implement Risk Management needs across the facility, including risk management policy and procedures. Furthermore, provide risk identification and mitigation, as well as education, support, and event investigations related to risk management. This position will also support patient safety and quality activities as needed.
