About the job This position will report to a Director, Finance and will support GTM consolidated reporting, partner with leaders of the Segment GTM teams, conduct financial modeling for investment opportunities, and ad-hoc analysis to support GTM initiatives. This role will work cross-functionally with GTM business partners and central Finance teams. Required: <ul> <li>5+ years of FP&amp;A experience in a progressive financial role</li> <li>Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, and experience in forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and variance analysis</li> <li>Comfortable working with ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment</li> <li>Ability to work independently and think strategically</li> <li>Intense curiosity about understanding key drivers of a multi-faceted business.</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills - numbers are key, but a business is built with people. The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows: <ul> <li>Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont or Washington D.C. : $114,600.00-$143,300.00.</li> <li>Based in New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $121,400.00-$151,700.00.</li> <li>Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $134,800.00- $168,500.00.</li> <li>This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan.
