The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&amp;A) team is responsible for facilitating corporate-level decision making at Blackbaud, guiding company-wide financial planning, and scaling new and existing financial processes. The primary objective of the Manager of Corporate Financial Planning &amp; Analysis will be to reduce planning cycle times, automate manual steps in current planning processes, and optimize time spent on reporting by FP&amp;A team. The Principal Corporate Financial Analyst position is an exciting opportunity to support Blackbaud’s Corporate Finance teams across a variety of financial modeling, analysis, and strategic initiatives in support of the company’s short and long-term goals. Reporting to the FP&amp;A manager supporting our Executive Leadership Team, the primary objective for this position is to ensure tight alignment between the company's strategic aspirations and its long-term financial profile.
