FP&amp;A is made up of advisors who are influential in decision-making and partner with finance leaders to drive meaningful strategic and financial outcomes. Within FP&amp;A, the FBP organization works with business leaders to translate strategy into actionable plans, leverage in-depth analysis to provide the story behind the numbers and respond to business changes with agility. The Lead Financial Analyst role supports the Finance Business Partner team, and specific responsibilities and qualifications for this role are outlined below. Qualifications Required: <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related subject</li> <li>Minimum of 4 years of relevant finance experience</li> <li>Demonstrated accomplishments in the following areas:<ul> <li>Financial reporting and analysis</li> <li>Planning and forecasting</li> <li>Deliverable development</li> <li>Problem-solving skills</li> <li>Data analysis, management, and visualization</li> <li>Quality and risk management</li> <li>Business and process improvement</li> <li>Develop action plans</li> </ul> </li> <li>Limited sponsorship may be available.</li> <li>Advanced in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).</li> <li>Ability to travel 0-10 %, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.</li> </ul> Preferred: <ul> <li>Experience in a professional services firm</li> <li>Work with senior leadership</li> <li>Understanding of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of financial systems (SAP, Anaplan)</li> </ul> For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Jersey City, Maryland, Minesota, Nevada, New York state, Washington State and Washington D.C., Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Jersey City, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York state, Washington state and Washington D.C. and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,400 to $148,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
