We’re stronger together, and you’re a person who embraces being pushed out of your comfort zone. </li> </ul> What You Will Be Doing: <ul> <li>Own all facets of a product area from crafting the vision and strategy to executing</li> <li>Develop solutions to problems by collaborating and leading across regions, product areas, and functions as needed</li> <li>Define OKRs for multiple teams and drive collaboration with cross functional partners during product development to achieve these goals</li> <li>Lead efforts to identify, define, collect, and track appropriate metrics (both quantitative and qualitative) for new or existing products areas </li> <li>Effectively balance and prioritize across all stakeholder objectives</li> <li>Secure buy-in, rigorously prioritize, and drive development for a multi-year product vision that crafts an overall product narrative and direction</li> </ul> What we look for in you: <ul> <li>5+ years of product management experience</li> <li>2 years of experience taking products from conception to launch</li> <li>Experience working with and balancing the needs of a wide variety of stakeholders</li> <li>User-focused and is able to understand a wide range of user personas</li> <li>An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Aptitude for learning and ability to ramp quickly on new and potentially complicated domains</li> <li>Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and the Coinbase mission</li> <li>Invests in building to “institutional grade”, e.g. with reliability, scale and risk (whether reputational, market, credit, legal, compliance, tax, operational, or financial) mitigation explicitly in mind </li> <li>Establishes very close working relationships with STP and IOS partners, and jointly and ruthlessly executes towards commercial goals</li> <li>Ability to bridge cryptocurrency and financial market primitives to innovate to client or business solutions </li> </ul> Nice to Haves: <ul> <li>Experience building for customers that are (often large) institutions, including corporates, asset managers, hedge funds, market makers, and VCs, and appreciation of the topology of sub-user types (e.g. trader, operations, financial controller etc.) within</li> <li>Familiarity across a range of financial services products, including trading, financing, payments, custody, or other</li> </ul> Job# GCPM05US Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below.
