The Head of Group Benefits Field Sales will be responsible for leading a countrywide field sales organization to execute a profitable growth strategy through ongoing sales and retention.The ideal candidate is passionate about the development of people and teams, continuously identifying opportunities to develop top talent, improving processes, and leveraging technology in the advancement of team capabilities. You will lead, coach, and develop Sales Regional Vice Presidents and segment leaders responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies in their markets.The role will collaborate with Group Benefits senior leaders and internal partners to leverage data when delivering on Guardian’s promise to inspire well-being and managing top and bottom-line growth strategies.
