What you’ll do: Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul> <li>Process all incoming inquiries to secure truck rentals for Commercial Account customers.</li> <li>Determine commercial account rental needs and make rental recommendations</li> <li>Provide all customers with accurate rental rates and requirements regarding the services and fees provided in the contract.</li> <li>Process inbound truck reservations after obtaining and verifying accuracy of required account information.</li> <li>Confirm availability of trucks with dealers, Inventory Managers and/or Operations Managers.</li> <li>Solicit accounts for additional rental reservations when appropriate and offer alternatives in order to gain customer’s commitment to rent.</li> <li>Gather information on perspective commercial account customers and reasons for not selling reservations as requested by the Supervisor.</li> </ul>What we’re looking for: Required Experience<ul> <li>High School diploma.</li> <li>Minimum of 1 year experience in a high volume telephone contact center.</li> <li>Experience in an inbound sales environment preferred.</li> <li>For work-from-home (WFH) roles, previous WFH experience is preferred/ Hybrid only, not remote.</li> </ul>Required Knowledge, Skills,Abilities and WFH requirements<ul><li>Requires attention to detail, multi-tasking and the ability to work independently and in teams.</li></ul><ul> <li>Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook and keyboarding skills with above average speed and accuracy. </li> <li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li> <li>Good organizational skills and effective listening and telephone skills.</li> <li>Ability to speak read and write English fluently.</li> <li>Regular and punctual attendance required</li> <li>WFH employees must maintain a non-disruptive, distraction-free, designated, safe and ergonomically sound work environment where business information can be discussed and maintained in a confidential and secure manner. This is particularly important in customer-facing or Customer Care Center jobs where customer credit cards and personal information may be entered into Company systems.</li> <li>WFH employees must maintain high speed internet sufficient to provide secure, consistent and uninterrupted internet access necessary to perform their job, including attendance at video conferences or on meeting platforms.
