Job Description: The Treasury Sales Associate (TSA) will be partnered with the Client Manager to focus on developing strategies to grow revenue with Public Sector Banking clients. Key accountabilities include: <ul> <li>Independent focus of treasury sales opportunities</li> <li>Supporting all activities from sale through implementation</li> <li>Ongoing client relationship management</li> <li>Driving and growing Treasury products revenue</li> </ul> Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Support Client Managers in driving portfolio growth; including client/prospect research; proposal development, and other ad hoc sales support duties</li> <li>Participate in in-person calling activities with Client Managers</li> <li>Prepare treasury services reviews, and identify treasury products and services sales opportunities</li> <li>Prepare account schematics, proposal documents and sales presentations</li> <li>Assist in identifying solutions to client needs</li> <li>Partner with Fulfillment team to ensure timely delivery of Treasury Solutions to our clients and post-sale satisfaction</li> <li>Produce pricing/cost benefit proformas and confer with the Client Manager regarding non-standard pricing and negotiation</li> <li>Resolve any non-sales client issues</li> <li>Assist clients in navigating the Bank by liaising with the Client Service, Fulfillment, Credit and other partner teams</li> </ul> Required Skills: <ul> <li>Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in major financial institution’s corporate client facing role</li> <li>Knowledge of cash management and treasury products</li> <li>Excellent analytical, sales, presentation, and communication skills (written and verbal)</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload</li> <li>Experience working in a fast-paced environment as part of a larger team</li> <li>Proven experience developing rapport with clients, colleagues and other business partners</li> <li>Ability recognize risk mitigation opportunities and escalation of of issues</li> <li>Microsoft Office 365 experience</li> <li>Some travel required</li> <li>Bachelor's degree desired or equivalent work experience</li> </ul> Shift:1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week: 40
