Reporting to our Director of Finance, the Accounting Manager leads our US accounting team based in Tulsa, OK in support of our high growth organization. The Accounting Manager will be a key player in our operational improvements, financial statement audits, and managing tax compliance requirements. This role is an in-office role based in Tulsa, OK.


  • Drive the timely management of the month end accounting close and reporting process for areas including, but not limited to revenue, accounts payable, accrued expenses, and collections
  • Review and approve journal entries and reconciliations prepared by junior staff accountants on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Continually develop, scale and improve accounting and financial reporting procedures
  • Participate in the evaluation and implementation of various accounting systems and tools
  • Create reports and dashboards in our ERP and BI systems
  • Track and monitor our spend to ensure we are being good stewards of capital
  • Prepare and respond to requests related to our external financial audits
  • Own and streamline our tax reporting and compliance processes
  • Serve as a partner to other departments and provide data and reports as requested
  • Investigate discrepancies and anomalies in a timely and efficient manner to identity potential issues
  • Support various ongoing and ad-hoc projects or initiatives
  • Recruit, mentor and develop junior accountants
  • Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating resources in an effective and timely manner and demonstrate respect for others

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
  • CPA required


  • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in a fast paced environment
  • Public accounting with Big 4 accounting firm
  • QuickBooks and NetSuite or other accounting ERP systems
  • Implementing internal controls for a fast growing company
  • Familiarity with subscription business model, preferred

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills and comfortable analyzing and manipulating large data sets
  • Advanced technical accounting knowledge coupled with exceptional organization skills
  • Understanding of tax reporting and requirements

  • Location: This role is an in-office role based in Tulsa, OK.
  • Frequency of travel: Occasional travel may be required for meetings, training and/or conferences
