Job Summary The Commercial &amp; Data Analyst is responsible for leading the data collection, analysis, and distribution of commercial operational data, as well as pricing information, to support making informed business decisions. This role will administer orders/sales reporting, price deviation requests, rebates, special pricing programs, and other analysis as required. Through reporting of commercial, pricing, and other data, this role will be expected to develop insights into the market that lead to additional revenue or growth opportunities. The role will work cross functionally with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Engineering, &amp; Information Technology, and will play a critical role in margin expansion as well as the success of operations within the ERP system. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential) <ol> <li>Develop, implement, and improve Crosby’s commercial reporting and analysis processes, leading to increased insights and revenue</li> <li>Analyze, generate and distribute daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s – identify revenue and margin opportunities, interface with appropriate teams to drive improved results</li> <li>Serve as a subject matter expert when making decisions on pricing</li> <li>Support the generation of promotional activities and cascade potential demand changes to the organization</li> <li>Partner with Sales and Operations to suggest activities that reduce obsolete inventory and improve efficiencies</li> <li>Coordinate with Customer Service on pricing and other related inquiries</li> <li>Facilitate various rebate programs administration and reporting</li> <li>Conduct Ad-Hoc analysis and provide recommendations to support commercial business decisions</li> </ol> Special Location/Position Requirements: Tulsa OK or metropolitan area preferred. <ul type="disc"><li>Must complete Excel test in conjunction with application / interview process</li></ul> Job Specifications (Work Experience, Skills, Abilities, etc.) <ul type="disc"> <li>Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a demonstrated aptitude for detailed analysis including performing complex analysis such as regression, forecasting, cannibalization, and probability modeling</li> <li>Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills</li> <li>Demonstrated experience developing standardize sales reporting</li> <li>Must be a self-starter and possess drive for results</li> <li>Prior experience working in an MRP/ERP system (SAP S4)</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions based on data (some incomplete) and analysis using good commercial judgment</li> <li>Ability to capture and document business and reporting requirements from multiple sources</li> <li>Ability to coordinate and manage simultaneous data analysis requests of varying size and scope</li> <li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience</li> <li>Strong knowledge of PowerBI, Tableau, and/or other data visualization software.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and others</li> <li>Understanding or familiarity of PowerQuery, SQL, VBA, or other programming languages preferred</li> </ul> Education Requirements: <ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business required</li> <li>Master’s Degree a plus (MBA or related business field)</li> </ul> Physical Demands/Environmental Conditions: Normal office conditions. Commercial & Data Analyst

Job Summary: This position will perform all aspects of machine operation for any machine in the plant including mills, drills, lathes, saw, belt, sander, grinder hydraulic presses, and pull tester. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Set up and operate various machines in the plant.</li> <li>Pass a Level 2 blueprint test and be able to read and understand Company's blueprints.</li> <li>Read, write, and perform math skills in accordance with the detailed requirements of the job as identified.</li> <li>Understand and follow all Company and OSHA safety procedures including lockout-tagout.</li> <li>Accurately record time and production during the workday.</li> <li>Perform the physical demands of the job.</li> <li>Work a minimum of 40 hours per week and overtime as assigned.</li> <li>Be willing to work any assigned shift.</li> <li>Perform all other work-related duties as assigned by Supervisor.</li> </ul> Job Specifications: 2 years’ experience in manufacturing industry preferred Educational Requirements: High school diploma or GED required Physical / Environmental Conditions: Daily exposure to shop conditions, which are variable depending on the task assigned, but are generally dirty. Is subject to shop noise. Involves extensive standing and walking. Skin and eyes are subject to drying and irritating fumes, vapors and solutions controlled to OSHA standards. Works both in and out of doors, normally indoors, with sometimes dusty or confining work areas when in the shop/lab.
