ERP Organizational Change Manager

Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is currently seeking a talented professional for the role of a Associate Director - Financial Reporting. This position will be responsible for financial reporting under generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), including research of any new GAAP developments and how they will affect Habitat. The position will also interact with the auditors on all matters. Additionally, this position will assist government grant accounting responsibilities. They will also be able to assist in answering any complex accounting questions that arise related to HFHI, branches, affiliates, and related companies. This position will be remotely based within the US but will be expected to travel to the HFHI Atlanta Headquarters 2-4 times out of the year. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare GAAP basis financial statements both on a monthly interim basis and for the year-end audit for Habitat for Humanity International and related companies. Associate Director - Financial Reporting

Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is currently seeking a seasoned IT professional for the role of Director of Application Management. This critical position will be responsible for overseeing enterprise applications for HFHI’s global operation that includes three offices in the United States and four global offices. This role will also scale hosted and SaaS solutions to over seventy National Offices. The ideal candidate has experience deploying and managing global application solutions, expertise with Service Management platforms, identifying and improving business processes (for supported applications) and a very strong technical background. In addition to managing the enterprise application environment, this role will work closely with HFHI’s cyber security team for auto provisioning / deprovisioning and be responsible for maintaining secure configurations that protect the organization from attacks. Data Architect
