About the Role: We are seeking an experienced IT Internal Audit Senior Manager to join our Internal Audit team at Planet. About the Role: We are seeking a Corporate Counsel who is passionate about space and emerging technologies and wants to join a dedicated in-house legal team at a growing public company. This role reports directly to the Associate General Counsel, and the primary responsibilities of the role include serving as the primary legal support for the sales and business development teams with drafting, negotiating, and reviewing agreements with Planet’s customers in the Commercial, Civil Government, and Defense &amp; Intelligence sectors. In addition, this role will be responsible for a wide range of in-house counsel activities from collaborating with our Space Systems Business Development group to preparing and updating standard templates. The ideal candidate has deep experience with drafting and negotiating complex partnership and customer agreements, and strong legal acumen demonstrated by staying abreast of emerging legal issues in technology as a service business.
