Serve as the primary technical contact for deploying our IT solutions in public spaces and smart infrastructures Lead product installations and manage customer feedback, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Analyze and resolve technical issues, contributing to product improvement. Ensure customer Satisfaction. Develop and deliver training materials that help customers get the most out of the company's products and services. Deliver onboarding training to new customers to help customers understand and adopt Outsight solutions. Collaborate with other teams: Work closely with other teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development. Provide valuable input on product features, marketing campaigns, and customer support initiatives, and in particular document Feature Requests (tagged as sales or delivery blockers). What are the requirements for the role? BS in Computer Science, Electrical, Industrial, Automotive Engineering or related field or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar role. Knowledge of SRE principles and expertise in deploying, monitoring and alerting software solutions. Working experience with Kubernetes. Programming experience with Python, or C++Clear understanding of TCP, IP and UDP protocol stack. Understanding of network storage (SAN, NAS, iSCSI) and principles and best practices. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Strong team player while possessing the autonomy to manage their own workload Experience with customer service, technical support, and project management. Ability to work independently on projects with a “can-do” attitude. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Preferred Qualifications Masters in Computer Science, Electrical, Industrial, Automotive Engineering or related field. Experience with Lidar technology Experience with observability stack such as Grafana. Cloud experience with AWS or Azure. Docker/VM experience. Why join us?
