This role requires a strategic leader who can develop and execute strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent, ensuring that our rewards offerings are competitive and aligned with the company’s objectives. </li></ul> What You’ll Do: <ul><li> <ul><li> Develop and implement a forward-thinking total rewards strategy, including compensation, and recognition programs, aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. </li></ul> <ul><li> Develop, design and administer base salary structures, incentive plans, and executive compensation programs to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness. </li></ul> <ul><li> Conduct regular market analyses and benchmarking studies to ensure our total rewards offerings remain competitive within the industry. </li></ul> <ul><li> Ensure that all compensation programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations, and company policies and procedures. </li></ul> <ul><li> Develop and execute communication strategies to educate employees about the value and components of the total rewards package. </li></ul> <ul><li> Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring high-quality service delivery. </li></ul> <ul><li> Oversee the total rewards budget, ensuring the efficient use of resources and maximizing the return on investment. </li></ul> <ul><li> Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of total rewards programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. </li></ul> <ul><li> Ensure that compensation programs are equitable and inclusive, supporting the company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion. </li></ul> <ul><li> Lead change management efforts related to compensation programs, helping employees understand and adapt to new offerings and policies. </li></ul> <ul><li> Foster a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages professional growth and development. </li></ul> </li></ul> What You’ll Bring: <ul><li> <ul><li> 7+ years of experience in compensation with at least 3 years in a leadership role. </li></ul> <ul><li> Relevant certifications such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) are a plus. </li></ul> <ul><li> Experience in SaaS and Private Equity, and familiarity with their unique compensation and needs. </li></ul> <ul><li> Advanced skills in HRIS systems (ADP) and compensation analysis tools such as Radford and Pave are a plus. </li></ul> </li></ul> Employ is an Equal Opportunity employer. The Franchise Account Manager is responsible for managing relationships with key franchise partners for JazzHR. What you’ll be doing: <ul> <li> Manage a franchise partner book to strategically grow the number of Franchisees purchasing a subscription </li> <li>Work in conjunction with the Franchise Acquisition Specialist to plan and deploy a rollout for all new Franchise relationships</li> <li>Customize group trainings and ongoing education out to the Franchisee networks</li> <li>Drive expansion opportunities and partner integrations where applicable </li> <li>Responsible for running the Franchise Partner QBRs</li> <li>Facilitate all contract renewals and potential price increases</li> <li>As necessary, visit Franchisors, attend trade shows and other industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship building opportunities</li> <li>Manage client input and feedback for future product and or program enhancements</li> </ul> What you’ll bring: <ul> <li>3+ years of account management experience in the software space</li> <li> Prior experience working in the franchise space - a plus </li> <li>Experience with the Human Capital Management market - a plus</li> <li>Superior computers skills; proficient with CRMs</li> <li> Impeccable time management and priority setting skills</li> <li> The confidence to speak effectively with a wide range of executives as you introduce, demonstrate, and solve for pain points that franchises encounter </li> <li>Gravitas to drive hard-charging execution, interpersonal skills to do so in a positive, constructive, fun manner</li> <li>Excellent communication and demonstration skills</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree preferred </li> </ul> Employ is an Equal Opportunity employer.
