Our commitment to get it right every time, everywhere, makes us the trusted partner of businesses and organizations worldwide.</p>    <h2> Overview </h2>    <p>80% - Billing Specialist duties include and are not limited to the following duties and qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Create weekly/monthly invoices including various pass-through billing</li> <li>Research/resolve credit memo inquiries</li> <li>Lead in the Coordination/collaboration with both internal &amp; external customers to research &amp; resolve billing/invoicing issues</li> <li>Assist other team members to explain and resolve routine to complex billing related issues</li> <li>Assist associate team members with reviewing documentation and batches entered into the accounting system</li> <li>Assist management with the training of new hires</li> <li>The ability to multitask efficiently w/ various tools/programs</li> <li>Focus &amp; regain focus after interruptions</li> <li>Work independently &amp; on a team w/ minimal guidance</li> <li>The ability to think out of the box &amp; apply processes efficiently</li> <li>Support high profile customers as approved by management with special handling and manual monthly billing requests</li> <li>Diffuse and manage escalated inquiries – ownership</li> <li>Assist with Inbound/Outbound phone queues for billing department</li> </ul>  <p>20% - Cash Application duties include and are not limited to the following duties and qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> Daily Allocate all cash receipts to the correct company and currency in line with remittance details </li> <li> Resolve reconciliation issues through posting adjustments and corrective Journals </li> <li>Perform other ad hoc tasks to assist other service areas of finance team</li> <li>Liaise with Clients to investigate unrecognized payments</li> </ul>    <h2> Responsibilities </h2>    <ul> <li>High School diploma required</li> <li>Bachelor's Degree Finance, Accounting, or related (Preferred)</li> <li>Microsoft Office (Advance Excel)</li> <li>D365 (Preferred)</li> </ul>     <h2>Options</h2>  <a href="https://careers-hireright1.icims.com/jobs/5432/billing-%26-cash-application-specialist---remote/job?mode=apply&amp;apply=yes&amp;hashed=-1834417471" target="_blank"> Apply for this job onlineApply </a><a href="#">Share</a><a href="https://careers-hireright1.icims.com/jobs/5432/billing-%26-cash-application-specialist---remote/referral?hashed=-625948497" target="_blank"> Email this job to a friendRefer </a>   Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
