They have free textbooks for a broad range of subjects and we provide educational technology to accompany those books. We are developing collections of online homework questions for more of their books now, and the individual taking this position will help us with that initiative. How you will make an impact: We are seeking a full or part-time employee to add to our team. This individual will be trained on the Expert TA Question Authoring platform. Our online homework system provides advanced grading for a range of question types. Online homework has come a long way from Multiple-Choice and True/False questions. Engaging exercises can be coded into our system, and as students attempt these exercises, we can provide immediate feedback, hints and other forms of quidance. This individual will then work with subject-matter experts for the given topic, as well as our graphic design team in order to code in questions for a range of different books and topics. The person in this role will learn how to create these kind of activities in our system. Web Application Developer/Programmer

Intro: Expert TA is an educational software company that specializes in online homework and digital assessments at the college/university level. The system offers a complete solution for teaching various introductory subjects such as physics, astronomy, government, and biology. In addition, How you will make an impact: Expert TA is seeking an eager and self-motivated team member to help cultivate sales and new business for its rapidly growing products. New hires will spend their first three months focused on outreach to instructors, gaining comfortability in the education space, and trying to schedule online demonstrations of the product similar to the role of our Business Development Representatives. Key responsibilities during the first three months include: <ul> <li>Research and Prospecting: Researching schools and instructors to contact, working within our CRM and lists to log interactions</li> <li>Discovery and Demo Setting: Contacting instructors to find out how they use technology in their classes and help them learn about appropriate products offered by Expert TA.
