Job Summary Provide test engineering for facility. <ul> <li>Manages all aspects of small projects with regular review of senior staff</li> <li>Perform analysis, diagnostics, and preliminary evaluation of products</li> <li>Develop testing procedures</li> <li>Perform test equipment and fixturing design responsibilities</li> <li>Perform maintenance resolution on testing procedures</li> <li>Create assembly instructions, Bill of Materials (BOM), and drawings</li> <li>Adhere to General Requirements of Team Members</li> <li>Responsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in their work area</li> <li>Perform other assignments as required</li> </ul> Skills &amp; Qualifications Required Skills &amp; Qualifications <ul> <li>Basic knowledge of engineering concepts, physics, and chemistry principles</li> <li>Knowledge of basic manufacturing test processes</li> <li>Troubleshooting and problem-solving ability</li> <li>Proficient in technical writing, good documentation skills; attention to detail is critical</li> <li>Able to read and interpret engineer drawings</li> <li>Prior experience with an ISO environment is a plus</li> <li>Demonstrated analytical expertise including ability to plan, resolve problems effectively, and establish priorities</li> <li>Understanding of DOE, 6-signma, Lean Manufacturing is desired</li> <li>Working knowledge at an intermediate level of computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Microsoft Project</li> <li>Ability to communicate with customers and project company image to attract business</li> <li>Demonstrated knowledge of basic manufacturing and assembly processes; together with work measurement and standards</li> </ul> Required Experience/Education/Training/Certifications: <ul> <li>BSEE or BSEET degree from accredited school</li> <li>2-4 years</li> </ul> Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled 11616 East 51st Street Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74146 United States #dice
