This position also operates automated blast system and handheld grit ballast equipment to remove scale, corrosion, paint, and dirt. Arcosa Wind Towers is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our Tulsa, OK plant. In this role, you will drive sustainable continuous improvements for the Tulsa location, delivering breakthrough results in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and cost; while building cultural change throughout the organization. The CI Manager works closely with each plant's leadership and department employees to achieve results. This position requires strong technical lean manufacturing and hands-on leadership skills, along with a passion for operations excellence to be successful. This position reports to the Regional CI Manager.
