This role presents an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to support category managers and field personnel by ensuring billing accuracy and compliance with contracts. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with billing verification, and the ability to foster positive relationships with suppliers. This position offers the potential for hybrid or remote work following in-person training. Responsibilities: <ul> <li> Review daily billing submissions from select suppliers to verify data accuracy using OpenInvoice and OpenTicket. </li> <li> Communicate with category managers and field personnel to address compliance issues. </li> <li> Analyze GPS reports for billing accuracy and ensure alignment with contract terms. </li> <li> Provide feedback and training to suppliers to enhance billing compliance. </li> <li> Generate reports to track compliance progress and maintain transparency. </li> </ul> Required Qualifications &amp; Experience: <ul> <li> Strong verbal and written communication skills. </li> <li> Ability to work collaboratively as a team player. </li> <li> Excellent attention to detail and self-motivation. </li> <li> Experience with accounts payable software (OpenInvoice and/or OpenTicket experience preferred). </li> <li> Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel. </li> </ul> Nice to Have Skills &amp; Experience: <ul> <li> Oil and gas industry experience. </li> <li> Familiarity with GPS reports and data verification. </li> <li> Knowledge of contracts, including MSSAs and commercial terms. </li> </ul> Perks &amp; Benefits: <ul> <li> 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance. </li> <li> Voluntary and long-term disability insurance. </li> <li> Paid time off, 401k, and holiday pay. </li> <li> Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit. </li> </ul> Other Information: <ul> <li> This position requires in-person training in Oklahoma City offce </li> <li> Hybrid or remote work may be an option after training. </li> </ul> If you are interested in learning more about the Compliance Tech opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
