About RPM Roman Pennsylvania Medical, P.C. (RPM) is a telehealth practice dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centric care. RPM is part of the provider network affiliated with Ro, a direct-to-patient healthcare company. Providers help patients seeking care through Ro’s platform for their mental health, women’s health, men’s health, fertility, metabolic health, and skincare needs. RPM providers benefit from using technology, tools, and solutions designed to support safe and appropriate care, reduce administrative burden, and help them seamlessly connect with patients throughout their care journeys. As part of RPM’s affiliation with Ro, providers help expand access to affordable, high-quality care to more patients. RPM’s nationwide network of providers is made up of board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners, and nurses licensed to treat patients in all 50 states and Washington, DC. As a 6-month contracted Virtual Registered Nurse, you’ll partner with RPM Providers and work independently to provide high-quality patient care through EMR messaging and communications, and triage to ensure safety, productivity, and team optimization are maintained at the practice level. You are passionate about working in non-traditional healthcare settings and expanding patient access. You can troubleshoot challenging situations as they arise and ensure high-quality patient care is provided per RPM principles and guidelines. We don’t expect you to know everything about medicine or telemedicine, but we do expect you to be ready to dive in and learn.<h3>What You'll Do:</h3> <ul> <li>Provide comprehensive clinical care by independently managing direct patient needs, including message triage, counseling, and education to patients in our Sexual Health and Metabolic Health care verticals.</li> <li>Complete tasks such as side effect management, efficacy counseling, and overall clinical practice support.</li> <li>Coordinate care effectively by triaging and escalating patient concerns to the appropriate provider groups (Staff RNs, Practitioners, Customer Care, Patient Advocates) according to Ro guidelines.</li> <li>Triage patient queries and adverse event reports, ensuring they are routed to the patient’s physician, NP, or medical leadership as needed.</li> <li>Utilize our custom EMR system to answer basic medical questions, educate patients on their conditions and treatments, and offer guidance on lifestyle recommendations and holistic therapies.</li> <li>Adhere to best practices and company-specific policies for nursing care and treatment.</li> <li>Review lab results using approved protocols to provide targeted lifestyle coaching and patient education for weight management.</li> <li>Serve as a resource for the non-clinical Care Team, addressing day-to-day clinical questions and concerns.</li> </ul><h3>What You'll Bring:</h3> <ul> <li>BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)</li> <li>Active, unencumbered Compact Nursing License AND a minimum of 2 active, unencumbered Non-Compact Nursing Licenses (AK, CA, CT, DC, HI, IL, MA, MI, MN, NV, NY, OR)</li> <li>4 years of clinical experience as an RN</li> <li>Experience in a fast-paced, highly iterative clinical care role</li> <li>Strong written and oral communication </li> <li>Tech savviness</li> <li>Ability to work independently</li> <li>Resourceful and willing to take ownership of tasks </li> <li>Ability to balance quality and efficiency/metrics</li> </ul><h3>What To Expect:</h3> <ul> <li>This is a 6-month assignment</li> We're currently looking for the following availability: <li>Sunday - Wednesday OR Wednesday - Saturday</li> <li>Working hours - 8am-6pm EST OR 9am-7pm EST</li> </ul>The annualized base salary for this position is $90,000.
