We work with product managers, operations, including sales, channel, finance, billing, and pricing teams across Zoom.Responsibilities<ul> <li>Serving as an SME and advisor in processes for product Go-To-Market launches, including Lead to Cash, Subscription Billing, and User Licensing.</li> <li>Partnering with Product Managers, Sales Ops, Finance, and FP&amp;A to understand needs and gather business requirements for system changes in Product Launches.</li> <li>Collaborating with our Engineering technology teams to define functional requirements, process flow diagrams and actionable tasks in a dynamic, agile environment</li> <li>Collaborating with the delivery team on development, manage testing activities and perform post launch monitoring</li> <li>Leading system and user acceptance testing, negotiating with business stakeholders, triaging defects and obtaining stakeholder sign-off</li> <li>Establishing detailed project plans and deliverables while communicating status, risks and issues to both technology and business leadership</li> </ul>What we’re looking for<ul> <li>Hold a BS in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or equivalent</li> <li>Have extensive experience (12-15yrs) analyzing business requirements; developing and documenting process flows and solution designs; testing new functionality</li> <li>Have extensive experience (8yrs+) self-managing projects in fast-moving and dynamic environments, including developing project /sprint plans and reporting project status to executives</li> <li>Have experience collaborating with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers and testers to drive end-to-end solutions</li> <li>Have functional experience in Order to Cash areas including CPQ, eCommerce buyflows, Billing, License Provisioning</li> <li>Have experience with supporting technologies such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart</li> <li>Have experience with system in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Zuora &amp; Oracle Financials.</li> <li>Have expertise in business process modeling and diagramming (swimlane and sequence diagrams, process flows, UML, wireframes)</li> </ul>Salary Range or On Target Earnings:Minimum:$124 000,00Maximum:$271 200,00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications &amp; experience.We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locationsAt Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
