Come help us make it happen! <h3>The Role</h3> We are looking for a motivated Revenue Operations Analyst to support our GTM (Go-to-Market) operations across multiple teams, with a focus on sales and marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience who is of revenue operations and is excited about developing their skills alongside a team of experienced leaders. You will report to the Sr. Director of GTM; Revenue Operations. <h3>Interesting Problems</h3> <ul> <li>Support the GTM revenue operations team by assisting in the execution of daily responsibilities across all channels.</li> <li>Oversee evaluation of inbound requests from partners.</li> <li>Maintain reports and dashboards to provide applicable insights for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.</li> <li>Help manage data integrity and accuracy within the CRM and marketing automation platforms.</li> <li>Collaborate with marketing to track campaign performance, lead generation, and funnel metrics.</li> <li>Work with other teams to improve operational efficiency and agreement across all GTM functions.</li> <li>Support daily administration of Marketo including program creation, audience segmentation, email marketing, list imports, and database hygiene.</li> <li>Support daily MarTech operations and data flow into internal systems like Salesforce.</li> <li>Ensure accuracy of important system processes including lead scoring, lead routing, privacy compliance, UTM tracking, and data syncs between sales and marketing technologies.</li> <li>Contribute to ad hoc projects related to overall revenue operations..</li> </ul> <h3>About You</h3> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related role.</li> <li>Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Drift, 6Sense, Bizible, Outreach, or Marketo).</li> <li>1+ years of Tableau experience</li> <li>Excel and report-building skills, with a desire to grow in data reporting.</li> <li>Interest in learning about broader GTM operations, including marketing ops, sales ops, customer success ops, and business process optimization.</li> <li>Willingness to present to internal and external partners.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.</li> </ul> <h3>Remote Available</h3> Amperity has offices in Seattle and NYC. Within our pay range, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, experience, and education/training.
