Position Summary Bank of America is looking for an experienced ServiceNow business analyst to help implement ServiceNow’s SecOps modules in a new, “greenfield” ServiceNow instance. This job is responsible for capturing and refining business needs into actionable requirements for ServiceNow developers. Job expectations include working closely with key stakeholders to ensure business outcomes are delivered, assisting with troubleshooting, creating documentation, and assisting with user training. This technical role is responsible for performing application security assessments of the bank's technologies, applications, and cyber security controls while adapting testing methods to evolving and emerging threats.
