This marketer will play a critical role in executing marketing strategies and supporting product launches for our cloud-based data security solutions. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective messaging, customer engagement, and sales enablement.The product marketing charter is to make our data security solutions successful in the market and with customers. They support the GTM strategy by developing product content, conducting market research, and driving customer awareness. Their insights help shape product positioning and ensure that marketing efforts align with customer needs.What you’ll do<ul> <li>Be the subject matter expert on key product areas, learning the technical and market landscape.</li> <li>Contribute to Go-To-Market plans and product releases, supporting execution and coordination.</li> <li>Assist in crafting product messaging and positioning to resonate with different customer segments.</li> <li>Produce external-facing content, including website copy, blog posts, product datasheets, and customer stories, among others.</li> <li>Keep a pulse on the market: conduct competitive intelligence and market research to inform strategy.</li> <li>Collaborate with external organizations and industry influencers for co-marketing opportunities.</li> <li>Participate in the product/customer feedback loop to capture insights and improve messaging.</li> <li>Serve as an exemplary writer with the ability to create clear, concise, and polished marketing copy.</li> </ul>Basic Qualifications<ul> <li>At least 3 years of experience in product marketing</li> <li>At least 2 years of marketing experience in B2B data security, cloud or SaaS industry</li> <li>Bachelor’s Degree</li> </ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul> <li>4+ years of experience conducting research and translating insights into actionable marketing strategies.</li> <li>4+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams to support product launches and campaigns.</li> <li>Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.</li> </ul>At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.
