Responsibilities <ul> <li>Receives and reviews patient OASIS assessments for assigned care centers.</li> <li>Reviews OASIS patient status items compared to other related patient documentation to verify completeness and accuracy.</li> <li>Assists in evaluating needs of the patient and suggests referrals to other disciplines as indicated by the patient's needs.</li> <li>Identifies need for OASIS/documentation education and communicates group needs to care center leadership and supervisor.</li> <li>Communicates any delays in processing assessments to supervisor and care center.</li> <li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> Qualifications <ul> <li>Current unencumbered license to practice as an RN.</li> <li>One year ICD-9 or ICD-10 coding and OASIS experience.</li> <li>HCSD or BCHH-C ICD-10 certification.</li> <li>OASIS (COS-C/HCS-O) certification.</li> </ul> Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Our nurses take and keep track of patients' vital signs such as weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration. They also prepare and give patients injections, monitor catheters, and dress wounds. Our nurses may be required to assist with basic care such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, standing, walking, and eating. Our nurses must be capable of compassionate communication with patients and families, have keen observation skills, high ethical standards, and knowledge of when to alert doctors and others about changes in patients' conditions. <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment</li> <li>Must possess a valid state driver’s license, automobile liability insurance, and have dependable transportation</li> <li>Must have a minimum of one year of clinical experience</li> <li>Previous home health or hospice experience is preferred</li> </ul> <h2>Additional Information</h2> Enhabit Home Health &amp; Hospice is an equal opportunity employer.
