In this pivotal role, you will provide leadership and support to 16 nationally recognized Greek-letter organizations, representing 20% of our student body. Essential Functions (Responsibilities) <ul> <li> Advisory Role: Act as an advisor to all peer governing councils and fraternity and sorority chapters, in coordination with Student Services staff and volunteer leaders. These include the Interfraternity Council (IFC), National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC), and National Panhellenic Council (NPC).</li> <li> Program Development: Develop and manage Fraternity and Sorority Life programming and initiatives, including training, development, programs, and events.</li> <li> Marketing &amp; Communication: Oversee all marketing and communication efforts related to fraternity and sorority recruitment and retention, collaborating with the Offices of Admission, Marketing and Communication, and New Student Programs.</li> <li> Policy Implementation: Develop and implement university policies for Greek-letter organizations and create strategic initiatives to grow and strengthen the TU Greek community.
