Join THA as a Maintenance Supervisor and help create a better Tulsa by transforming live and communities! SUMMARY Supervises and coordinates activities of staff engaged in maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical and physical structures of buildings and maintaining grounds at various Tulsa Housing Authority owned and/or managed properties. Assist in performing the actual hands-on activities of staff as required. Respond to after-hour calls as needed or directed by THA Management. Directly supervises one to ten maintenance employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the agency policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
