Supervisory Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Partner with the CEO and leadership to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with ANL’s mission.</li> <li>Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth.</li> <li>Oversee all financial operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency across departments.</li> <li>Collaborate with department heads to monitor financial performance and optimize resources.</li> <li>Lead the Finance Committee, preparing the Chair to report financial performance to the Board of Directors.</li> <li>Promote communication and cooperation among divisions to maintain organizational unity. </li> </ul> Duties/Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Develop and execute financial strategies to enhance profitability while managing expenditures.</li> <li>Identify investment opportunities and oversee mergers and acquisitions.</li> <li>Prepare and present financial reports to the CEO and Finance Committee, providing strategic insights.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and third-party regulations, including tax filings and audits.</li> <li>Establish and maintain financial controls, policies, and reporting systems.</li> <li>Oversee accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.</li> <li>Ensure accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.</li> <li>Develop financial models to support long-term planning and decision-making.</li> <li>Manage working capital, capital expenditures, debt levels, and LIHTC (housing) financials.</li> <li>Maintain stable cash flow management policies to support daily operations.</li> <li>Assess financial effectiveness of business operations and recommend improvements.</li> <li>Perform other duties as needed to support ANL’s mission. </li> </ul> Requirements Required Skills/Abilities: <ul> <li>Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.</li> <li>Strong managerial, analytical, organizational, and financial skills.</li> <li>Excellent leadership and communication abilities.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software.</li> <li>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed.</li> <li>Commitment to working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.</li> <li>Ability to exemplify ANL’s core values: Client-Centered, Professionalism, Innovation, and Collaboration. </li> </ul> Education and Experience: <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred).</li> <li>Experience in tax credits, housing development finance, and government grant reporting preferred.</li> <li>Minimum of 10 years of financial management experience, including 4 years in a non-profit setting.</li> <li>Experience with billing through the Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) preferred.</li> <li>Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies, manage budgets, and ensure compliance.</li> </ul> Physical Requirements: <ul> <li>Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li> <li>Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 lbs.</li> <li>Ability to navigate various departments within the organization. </li> </ul>
