What you’ll be doing: <ul> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design workflows to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the case management system.</li> <li>Perform testing to ensure functionality and compliance of existing and new workflows</li> <li>Act as primary liaison between internal Coinbase stakeholders and external vendors to prioritize new features and system enhancements</li> <li>Serve as the main point of contact for interpreting issues and bugs within the case management system.
