<h1>PROJECT CONTROLS COORDINATOR </h1> In this position, you will assist in day-to-day operations to administer subcontracting processes and jobcost responsibilities. <h1>In this role you will…</h1> <ul> <li>Set up new projects in the required software.</li> <li>Set up and assist the project team with balancing job costs in Company’s software program on each project. </li> <li>Routinely monitor project costs versus budgets to alert management and PMs of potential overruns.</li> <li>Distribute contract documents to relevant company personnel and third parties.</li> <li>Ensure all subcontract and related documents from Subcontractors meet all guidelines per job specifications and company requirements. </li> <li>Be responsible for obtaining all certificates of insurance and confirming coverage meets required specifications.</li> <li>Be a constant liaison between subcontractors and insurance companies.</li> <li>Communicate in a professional manner with company personnel and third parties.</li> <li>File all project related documents electronically.</li> <li>Assist Project Team with project closeout including Subcontractor final invoicing and commitment balances.</li> <li>Provide backup services for receptionist, if and when needed.</li> <li>Carry out any other tasks assigned by Project Management team and Project Controls Manager.</li> </ul> As the ideal candidate you … <ul> <li>Have a High school diploma or GED completed.</li> <li>Have construction industry knowledge and experience. </li> <li>Have previous offices clerical and financial experience a plus.</li> <li>Have basic knowledge working with Microsoft Office, Email and Internet.
