Description: The Structuring, Origination and UHNW Solutions team (“the Team") is cross-asset structured products unit responsible for originating, structuring, positioning, and executing transactions for both retail and Ultra High Net Worth clients based across the Americas. Focus on over-the-counter and securitized cross-asset products with embedded vanilla or light-exotic optionality on equity, commodities, currencies, interest rates and hybrid underlying assets. The successful candidate will be a well-rounded individual who possesses strong quantitative, analytical and communication skills. Prior experience with the origination and marketing of the previously mentioned products; including preparing term sheets, ideas/marketing materials and presentations; pricing derivatives and executing transactions is preferred. The candidate will be extremely organized and motivated, and should have a general knowledge of global economies, macro topics and financial markets.
