Information about the responsibilities for this role can be found below:<ul> <li>Develops relationships with local clinical staff and leadership to aid in implementation of new contracted products and services </li> <li>Leads all product conversions to new contracted items, this includes but is not limited to clinical engagement, education, and serving as the subject matter experts for new products</li> <li>Proactively identifies and implements local product savings opportunities</li> <li>Escalates contracted product and service issues as needed</li> <li>Leads local Decision Teams to determine any local products (specialty) needs</li> <li>Coordinates local product needs with your local Operations counterparts</li> <li>Aids in the support of product backorder and recall management, local savings opportunities, and reprocessing management</li> <li>Understands and enforces the Vendor Access Policy(ies)</li> <li>Works with National Training Coordinator to conduct new product trials, training, and introduction of new critical supplies and services with staff and physicians</li> <li>Develops strategies on how to meet with clinical leadership, key physicians, and ambulatory leaders to review performance and value metrics, identify opportunities, and develop solutions</li> <li>Trains, educates, and mentors new Associate Manager, Integration when applicable</li> <li>Serves as a clinical resource for Integration peers and Contract Design partners </li> <li>Conducts basic analytics to calculate value and identify opportunities</li> </ul><h3>Requirements </h3>Education:<ul> <li>High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.</li> <li>3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.</li> </ul><h3>Additional Preferences </h3>All Resource Group associates embody the following soft skills and attributes: Nice, Bright, High-Energy, Inclusive, Willing to Give Away Power, Inspired by Mission, Invigorated by Change.
